Arrive as early as 5pm on Friday with the grill and Bourbon tasting beginning at 7pm.  We’ll enjoy a fireside evening with great Bourbon and conversation while we prep for the following morning’s hunt. Saturday morning two walk-up hunt groups will hunt will start at 9am and finish around 11. Then around 12:30 join the second night’s group for a Flurry Clays Tournament. Night 1 attendees will depart Saturday afternoon after bird processing. 

Be prepared with a good pair of hiking boots as the walking will cover some great elevation changes with amazing vistas. Guest departure after hunt and packaging of birds.  

Required items- Texas Hunting License WITH the Upland endorsement, Blaze Orange Hat(minimum), Gun, Ammo, Bird Vest, and a bottle of good sauce to share at the tasting.
